Health and Safety First:
The safety and well-being of our guests, team and the wider community remains our top priority. We have therefore suspended all tours until June 30th 2020 in response to the ongoing global impacts of COVID-19.
Fraser Island did reopen to day visitors from May 16th 2020, however this has been subject to the Queensland Government's approved limits of being no further than 150 kilometres from your place of residence. From June 12th, this will increase to 250 kilometres from your place of residence. Thus, we are currently working behind the scenes to ensure that when tours are able to resume, we will be taking every precaution possible to keep our guests and staff safe.
With regional travel becoming more possible for Queenslanders from mid May, our 4WD and camper trailer hire service is now available.
To ensure the health and safety of all, we have also been working on a COVID safe plan to ensure we minimise any risk for guests and staff. We recommend you visit the Queensland Government website for information regarding the easing of restrictions before booking any travel to ensure you remain up to date on current restrictions.
Tour Bookings between March 23rd and June 30th 2020:

We apologise that some processing times are taking much longer than expected. Guests who booked directly can choose to change their booking into an open dated voucher, which is valid for travel for 24 months, change the date of their booking into the future, or to cancel their booking. We are not imposing a fee to make any of these changes, however date changes may be subject to fare differences for public holiday dates.
We'd like to remind guests that if you have booked through a travel agent, you will need to contact your agent directly to discuss your options.
Bookings beyond June 30th 2020:
We understand that for many, travel booked beyond June 30th 2020 will need to be delayed or rethought as a result of this crisis. If you had a booking with us beyond this date which was made prior to the pandemic, we're still offering guests the option to make changes to bookings without a fee but recommend you contact us as soon as possible to advise.
For those making new bookings as of July 1st 2020, we're still offering free changes and amendments if more than 48 hours notice is received should your circumstances circumstances change. Thus, we recommend contacting us early if you need to make any booking amendments.
